- About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Ludex, Inc. (“Ludex”) and its affiliates including The Collectors Data Store, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, and SDKs) across our website, mobile app, and related offerings (the “Services”). It describes what these technologies are, how and why we use them, what categories of cookies we rely on, and how you can manage your settings. This includes third-party pixels (including the BIGDBM pixel) that may collect and disclose information about your interactions with the Services for marketing, advertising measurement, and related purposes.
- What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you use our mobile app or visit our website. Similar technologies, including SDKs and local storage, serve the same purpose. These technologies help us: ensure our Services function properly, enhance performance and security, improve user experience, and provide insights into performance and usage. Where required by applicable law, we ask for your permission before using these technologies. You can manage your preferences at any time through your device settings or in-app controls. Some of These technologies (including pixels) work by sending information from your browser or device to us and/or third parties when you use the Services. This may include information about your device and your interactions with the Services (e.g., pages viewed, links clicked, and other actions you take). For more information about third party pixels (including the BIGDBM pixel) an interaction monitoring, see the “Third-Party Pixels and Interaction Monitoring” section below.
- How Do We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies?
We use both first-party technologies (set by us) and third-party technologies (set by service providers) to help our Services function properly, improve performance, remember your preferences, and support features such as analytics and advertising. See Section 4: Types of Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use for a detailed description of each category and a list of the specific cookies used on our Services. This may include third party marketing and advertising pixels, such as the BIGDBM pixel.
Where required by law (e.g., California and Colorado), we detect and honor browser- or device-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms recognized by regulators. If we detect such a signal, we will apply it to sale/sharing and targeted advertising cookies on your browser/device and, if reasonably linkable, to your account and offline use. For example, if we detect a GPC signal, we will apply it to the BIGDBM pixel and other sale/sharing, targeted advertising, and similar technologies on that browser/device.
Third-Party Pixels and Interaction Monitoring
Like many online services, we in our vendors use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about how you interact with the Services, including in real time.
These Technologies may operate by transmitting information from your browser or device to us and/or a third party when you visit a page, click a link view content, or take other actions on these Services.
Depending on the technology, the information disclosed may include online identifiers (such as IP address and device identifiers), browser and device information, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and information about your interactions with the Services (such as pages viewed and links clicked). In some cases, the information disclosed may include information you submit through the Services (for example, information you submit through web forms or when you create an account or complete a transaction). Please do not include sensitive personal information in any web forms or other communications through the Services unless we specifically request it. We use this information to operate and secure the Services, understand and improve performance, and support marketing and advertising measurement and, we’re permitted, targeted advertising. By using the Services, and, where required, providing your consent through our cookie banner or “Consent Preferences” tool, you consent to the use of these technologies and the disclosure of the information described above to our vendors and advertising partners.
